We have worked with Underwild Design & Development on many projects such as the refurb of an old post office into 12 flats Penzance and approximately 20 new build houses Carbis Bay, St Ives area. Most of which with solar arrays including this house Uno in St.Ives. Uno demanded a high spec with its enviable position overlooking St.Ives and the bay including smart home capabilities, a mechanical vent heat recovery system and CCTV.
